Q. My neighbor is allowing their dog to run loose. What can be done?
A. Provide a description of the individual walking the dog, the approximate time you saw this happen and a description of the dog to the management company. A letter will be sent reminding the neighbor that all dogs must be on leashes. You may also contact Animal Control with the same information and they will send an officer out to visit the neighbor. Q. What should I do if there is suspicious activity going on at one of the houses in the neighborhood?
A. Call the City Police Department or Countys Sheriffs office.
Q. What do I do if one of the neighbors consistently violates the covenants or rules?
A. Please contact the management company with the address and the violation. The management company will send a letter advising of the problem.
Q. I live in a Condo and my mortgage company wants proof of insurance or certificate of insurance; how do I get that information?
A. Please provide the management company with a copy of the letter from the mortgage company and it will be forwarded to the insurance company for response.
